Yes, but in those cities a lot of democrat voters would be culled out. Black panthers aren’t smart enough to care if they are killing dems, as long as they are killing whitey.

One statement like this doesn't invoke RICO. RICO (the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) requires a 'pattern of racketeering activity,' which is a minimum of two acts from a list of 35 different state and federal crimes within a ten-year period.
I'm not saying the NBP aren't racketeers, just that I don't see this announcement as falling within one of the RICO acts (gambling, murder, kidnapping, extortion, arson, robbery, bribery, dealing in obscene matter, dealing in a controlled substance, bribery, counterfeiting, theft, embezzlement, fraud, dealing in obscene matter, obstruction of justice, slavery, racketeering, gambling, money laundering, commission of murder-for-hire, certain other U.S Code Title 18 acts, bankruptcy fraud, securities fraud, embezzlement of union funds, criminal copyright infringement, drug trafficking, terrorism (as specifically defined by the feds), money laundering, and, finally, bringing in, aiding or assisting aliens in illegally entering the country if those acts are for financial gain).
RICO's a powerful law, but it has its limitations.
Because they are ‘Holder’s people’, and the same thuggish vermin as Holder. I know good black family men who detest the NBP, Holder, Jackasson, and Sharpton, and the whole black dependency mentality. But ehn those men work for a living and are raising their children up in the way that they should go because they are fellow Christians who do not make it their profession to be black and different first in their lives and the lives of their beautiful children.

If blacks were to go out and kill a few people and burn down a few houses a large percentage of Americans would WELCOME martial law. And that is their plan. the NBPP is playing right into their hands.
So these people actually believe they can win a “revolution”? First of all, blacks only make up 12% of the population and not all of them would fight.
They've been talking this way for years... no one listens because they're a bunch of blow-hard losers. Also, they have first amendment rights - they can say what they want - if anyone acts on this idiocy, they'll be arrested. Really, it's just a bunch of losers.
