SANFORD, Fla. — The man charged with second-degree murder in Trayvon Martin's death has arrived at a Florida jail after turning himself in.
George Zimmerman reached the jail in Sanford on Wednesday night, hours after a special prosecutor announced the charge against him. He's expected to make his first court appearance on Thursday.

Mrs. Strait, who was nearly blind, WAS RAPED AND BEATEN TO DEATH

Mr. Lawyer, that ship has sailed... even Dear Leader as all but said “guilty”. A fair trial with an impartial jury is impossible.
He may figure the only way his evidence of innocence can fairly presented is in a court of law. If I were him I’d rather have a court determine my innocence than to be walking around with a freakin bounty on my head with this limp in-Justice Dept turning a blind eye to the NBP’s ‘dead or alive’ solicitation to commit first-degree murder on me.

Now, when someone needs to defend themselves against a black thug, that extra second or two that they may contemplate the results of their actions due to the publicity of this particular confrontation, may cost them their life.....

That’s a travesty!!! The problem with the hate-crime contruct is that there is NO crime like this that isn’t hate-filled. And the value of a person’s life cannot be weighed by his skin color and justice remain. This society has become so da*n stupid.

Maybe, but more likely the threats of riots and retaliations frightened the prosecutrix into charging him. Look for a reverse OJ jury to be formed; he'll be found guilty no matter what the evidence. If he is found not guilty, after all, cities will burn.

Serious mistakes being made by Zimmerman. When you are facing charges like this you have “NO Advocates” except for your Attorneys. Not the police, not the prosecutor, not the media, and not even smiling conservative talk show host, and definitely not those reading your comments on your web site.
Talk To Nobody without your attorneys present. Too many people think the Miranda Rights are meant for the guilty. That is dead wrong.

The Declaration of Independence talks of "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Maybe the "and" should be "or"--pick one out of the three.
