Having said that, the number of non-Norwegians committing these crimes is a worryingly high percentage given their numbers in society.
In France, Muslim men who riot and cause mayhem in the streets are referred to as "French youths." I can guarantee you that none of these "French youths" are named Jacques, Pierre, Jean, or Claude.
