when a $20 can of pepper spray could have possibly defused the confrontation without loss of life.yep. that's gonna protect you and your family against people who don't give a rip about any laws, especially gun laws.

Stand Your Ground is not even implicated in this case. The victim WAS on his back being beaten by a younger stronger much taller man. Zim was supposed to “retreat?” How?
