It was not my intent to glorify sodomite marriages, but to speculate on the Good Lords actions towards abnormal lust. Adultery is at least a normal failing.
I thought that the person I was responding to was saying that Jesus was excusing her sin, and using that instance as a reasoning for excusing homosexuality. I understand that he wasn’t. He exposed the hypocrisy of her accusers, they fled, and then He was obligated under the law to let her go, but acknowledged her sin and admonished her to repent. Jesus didn’t come to abolish the law, but to fulfill it. Thank you for caring enough to respond in such a well thought out and gentle manner.
