In short, the feds are threatening,...

So is LaHood for that matter. French for “The Thug”.
He is the quintessential example of a Republican who does nothing but enable Democrats.

Yeah, but... none of our money exists, so what does it matter?

They don’t even bother to print it anymore, they just inconvenience some electrons.

It is all a fantasy. And the band plays on.

Now Florida is breathing a big sigh of relief for GOP Governor Rick Scott’s turn-down of the same offer. Of course, it was his ‘GOP’ predecessor, Charlie Christ, who gave Obama the big embrace when he promised FREE MONEY for building Florida’s “Bullet Train”, January 2010 .

By early 2011, the Federal Pot had gotten up $2.4 Billion for a Tampa-to-Orlando route but Gov. Scott said no. Numerous attempts were made to challenge his decision both politically and legally. Some of the fevered arguments in favor of the train make confident predictions of $12 Million annual profits by 2016. Yeah, RIGHT! (No construction delays?)

Now exGov. Christ dithers between running as a Democrat for something or staying as a spokesLawyer for Tampa tort firm, Morgan and Morgan.

In Texas there is a private company wanting to put in a high speed rail between Dallas and Houston. Still in the planning stages, but their spokesman said they do not want any government money as it would slow the project down to much.
