Uhh.... sorry, but no they don’t. Arizona is asking for proof of the original from the state of Hawaii directly. The COPY they have isn’t good enough (nor should it be). They’re not asking for some magical “birth certificate” thats beyond the COLB COPY that Obama provided. They’re asking for proof that that COPY is real from the State of Hawaii.
