The whole BNA business has the heady aroma of a rather aged Red Herring to me. Ask yourself, "Can I take this to court? Where?"
If I may use an American analogy, Obama has been caught stealing home by Sheriff Joe and is now trapped in a run-down.
Why throw the ball to Africa, or Britain, or to FMD? Reminds me of tabloid headlines, "Murder Suspect Wears Pink Ladies Knickers!" To which his lawyer correctly replies, "Yeah, and so what?"
Consider the possibility that we are being led into a Hall of Mirrors; being shown the way down the Rabbit Hole; being deluged with a mélange of a lot of fact and an unknowable bit of fiction that is playing directly into the hands of Team Obama, who have vast resources on their side and have only 120 days to an election they intend to win.
I say we ought to concentrate on what Sheriff Joe and the CCP have definitely established beyond reasonable doubt:
(1.) The BC "copy" The WH released in response to the Trump Challenge is a fake
(2.)What was released was not was received from Hawaii
(3.)The Social Security Card belongs to someone else.
(4.) The Draft Card and Selective Service Registration are fakes.
Everything else I have seen on this thread, and others like it over the years, goes a long way to establishing the trail of a massive operation intended to deceive an entire nation. We have incontrovertible evidence of a massive conspiracy. However, and this is the hard part to swallow for all of us: Unless Barack Hussein Obama is brought to justice on something MUCH MORE EASILY DEMONSTRABLE ... precisely like this forgery ... none of that supporting evidence will ever see the light of day in a courtroom.
Sorry. In an even colder point of fact, Sheriff Joe may have proven a crime, but he literally has nowhere to take the evidence, except to the desk of his state's Secretary of State, who has the immediate power and authority to instantly remove Barack Hussein Obama from the state's ballot ... as does every other state's authorities ... and has so far refused to act .. writing lame letters to Hawaii and making even lamer phone calls. Sheriff Joe is an elected county official, his jurisdiction begins and ends at the Maricopa County Line. Unless State Officials act on his findings, they go nowhere.
Unless we focus on precisely what we have ... and can prove ... and bring pressure to bear on our own state officials, we are chasing "Maricopas" .... butterflies.
BTW, Over the years, I have chased enough of these butterflies myself. I fear all we have succeeded in doing is proving our suspect "wears pink panties," which while true, is not actionable, especially in the face of official hostility. Let's go with what we now have that no one can refute.
Sadly, I have to agree with all you wrote. It still sounds too much like game over, though.
AZ AG Bennett has pointed out that if there was a crime committed by Barry in Maricopa County, Sheriff Joe would normally go to Bill Montgomery, the newly elected Maricopa County DA, who is in Sheriff's Joe's camp, according to some reports. Sheriff Joe appears to be keeping that in his back pocket, as the DA is GOP and it would be seen as partisan.
