Thanks for the ping. Very good video that pretty much sums up my concerns. Financial collapse is a certainty at the current rate of spending. In fact I don't believe we will get out from under the current debt without a partial default.

Fiat currencies always collapse and are usually isolated to the country or region. The Dollar is something entirely different. The Dollar has been the de facto world currency since World War II. Never in history has the world experienced this kind of default.

This is what obamanomics is all about. It is intentional and similar to the Mahdi coming out of the well. The bringing on of the apocalypse to create the perverse utopianism of the left. Tin foil? Not.

I have stated consistently the US will not survive another four years of Obama, nor will FreeRepublic. We need to start looking down ticket. We did not get the perfect president, but we sure as heck can get us a 60 plus Senate. That is where are energies need to be spent. The not perfect ticket may very well have coattails. Lets work with what we have, because we sure will have a lot less the other way around.

I am always amazed when a purported conservative immediately resorts to the language and tactics of liberals, instead of engaging in thoughtful and rigorous discussion of ideas. Surely you must be capable of any kind of real defense of your guy? Something? Anything?
