It applies to EVERYONE, Muslin, Jew, Mormon, anyone else, unbelievers all, who do not accept the gospel of grace given freely by Jesus Christ. Either accept Him or reject Him. Rejection will find you in the Great White Throne line of judgment for a quick trip to the Lake of Fire. The acceptance line gets you a face to face with the Lord for rewards, not whether you accepted or rejected Him. Reject at your peril.
