Some people say that, especially around here. I'm not so sure. Bush 41 ran a crappy, feckless campaign, close to McCain in its incompetence.

Apparently, the 18-19% that voted for Perot did not want Bush to win either. Maybe Bush should have addressed their concerns and he might have won?
