Evidently Allred is representing one of the parties in whatever lawsuit this was about. That is why she is there.

I can think of absolutely nothing, short of a recent, major crime, that would keep me from voting for Mitt Romney. Anything that happened when he was a youngster is 1) water under the bridge 2) should still be sealed 3)a learning experience for Mitt.

I do NOT care, and certainly wouldn’t vote for the current guy in the White House. If she wants to come out with Obama stuff at the same time, fine.

LOL Actually, me neither. I like what I saw during the debates and that's whom I will vote for--Mitt Romney.

I wonder if Alred really wants the records unsealed, or she wants to lose, and claim coverup. If there is not much to the contents, BO and his media allies would be better off claiming coverup. If Romney wasn't a party to the suit, or if there are other parties who want the record to remain sealed, Romney would be in a fix, as he couldn't reveal what the testimony was, without being in contempt of court.

They must not have enough Dead voters lined up if they are resorting to tactics like this.

The other times he One has had records unsealed, it allowed him to walk into office. Will this be enough of a blockbuster this time?

OTOH, there are rumors that Chief Justice Roberts did an abrupt about face when presented with the potential examination of his kid’s adoption records. Just rumors but it fer shur fits the pattern.

Well we’ll see tomorrow!

But Allred has no “Standing”. That’s the blanket retort whenever anyone wants any info about the Marxist Kenyan Indonesian bath-house dweller.

I hope Gloria has a stroke and lives a long long time without the ability to walk or talk or do anything functional. She’s a truly horrible woman.

don’t be too hard on Roberts: as he said the congress passed it and if it needs fixing the Congress should do it.

And if the Supreme court had removed the health care bill single handedly, the Obama minions would have been able to spin this to win the election.

“as he said the congress passed it “

The role of the Supremes is to rule on whether or not a law is constitutional, not wave them on since Congress passed it.

It’s not the role of the Supremes to rule in a manner that influences elections, if a law is not constitutional they should rule it so.
