#StandDown: Twitterers slam Obama Administration for denying help to CIA operators in Benghazi
Twitchy ^ | 10/26/12

Posted on 10/26/2012 4:39:27 PM PDT by markomalley

The Twitterverse is still reeling from this morning’s bombshell report about CIA officers in Benghazi being told to stand down after requesting help during last month’s deadly attacks. While the lapdog media is trying its hardest to bury this story, truth-seeking Twitterers are doing their part to keep it at the forefront of people’s minds. They launched the #standdown hashtag and are wielding it like a truncheon to pound the Obama Administration and its shameful defenders:

It is our duty to speak for those who were left to die in #Benghazi We stand with Charlie Woods #StandDown #Watergate #WeThePeople

Kinda like this plan. RT @DexterAmericus: Time for Admin to #StandDown . Time for the people to gather #PitchforksAndTorches
Michelle Ray (@GaltsGirl) October 26, 2012

Time for Obama to #StandDown. I can't take any more of this…—
Brent Teichman (@BrentTeichman) October 26, 2012

Neither can we.

Since this latest news about the White House’s criminal negligence came to light, President Obama has lied through his teeth — again — and claimed that he had no knowledge of additional security requests in Benghazi. To borrow a favorite expression of his, those are the words of a bona fide bullsh*tter. Shameful.

Obama wants Americans to #StandDown well..that is NOT going to happen. We will be heard we WILL demand truth #Benghazi
  (@PatriotOfAKind) October 26, 2012

Absolutely. President Obama wants nothing more than for the truth to go up in smoke, but the blood on his hands cannot be washed away. We will fight to keep this story — and the memories of the four brave men whose lives were cut short — very much alive.

Tyrone Woods, outgunned, outmanned, told to #StandDown in #Benghazi… and he went in anyway. Rest in peace, hero. You did us proud. #tcot

I’ll bet Chris Matthews is feeling a twitter going up his leg.

I took an oath to defend the Constitution...I took no such oath to defend the media. We need to do something now. If this media was not bought and paid for by George Soros, Zero would have been literally THROWN out of office two years ago, and yes, we would have had POTUS Biden (but consider the entertainment value).

Bret Bair & other Fox staff will broadcast all they’ve gathered on Sunday at 1, 3, and 5, presumably eastern time. Almost half of America *can* catch one or another of their broadcasts, but of course, most of the other half will keep their eyes and ears shut to minimize having to deal with their hero being a Kenyan Muslim Marxist.

What no media personnel factor into their reporting is that our KMM *hates* America and americans. He liked this 9/11.

It would have been a presidential decision. There was presumably a rationale for such a decision. What was it? When and why—and based on whose counsel obtained in what meetings or conversations—did President Obama decide against sending in military assets to help the Americans in need?

When and why?

Maybe this is what Obama meant by "flexibility" when he told Medvedev to assure Putin not to worry. So Putin arranged the attack in Benghazi to cut off that supply of weapons to the rebels in Syria? Maybe?

No matter who did the attacks we are stuck with Critters of this ilk and they don't need no stinkin' patriotism.. they got Marxist and/or "Third Way" ideology.

The 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus radical, psycho spoiled brats were celebrated in the establishment MSM as the most intelligent generation ever!. They are now arguably that very establishment that praised them and they hold themselves and their ideological issue in even higher regard.

They hijacked the Democratic Party in the 1970s.

I was slow to get into the twitter thing but it does come in pretty handy for up to the minute news. Michelle Malkin is a hoot during debates.

There won’t be any impeachment. It would take months before a single vote was taken and John McCain is already defending Obama so we can count the senate out.

So you like it, then? I've been thinking about it myself, but I really don't care for all the pics and bells and whistles, like Facebook has. Is Twitter pretty straightforward?

Still NOTHING on the CNN website about this. Not a word.

The complicity is mind-boggling.

I think Eugene Deb was the unsuccessful Socialist presidential candidate in 1912. Teddy R won and started the progressive movement toward socialism and communism. After losing the 1928 election, Norman Thomas predicted rightly that America would never knowingly accept his nonsense, but would accept it bit by bit. The Dems quietly celebrated victory (prematurely) during the 1948 election. They bumped hard into an honest man, Harry Truman, but they’ve done just fine since. They’re almost all the way home. Fight.
