I believe content will go online, a la carte. People will pay only for what they actually consume. Cable and satellite companies are in the buggy whip business.

I think the concept of "channels" is becoming obsolete. People watch what they feel like off Netflix, Amazon Prime, or whatever, and do so when they feel like watching it, not when the "channel" decides to schedule it.

We do!

Unfortunately, 150 are shopping Channels, 150 are religious channels, 100 are in languages no one understands, 50 are part time and 100 are the language of the invading Aztlan army...
That leaves about 50 most of us might want to actually watch.

I wouldn't mind paying half as much as I do now, and watch the 20 or so channels I actually want to watch regularly.
