Society should have a clear picture of sexual hygiene. Rules and expectations should be established. And if you break the rules, you should be executed. Now, the trick is to establish reasonable rules. But execution should be the only available punishment. The risk of repeat offenders is pretty much 100%, so don’t let that happen. One time is too many.
I teach high school students. I wouldn’t dare bring this subject up around them, but I’ve been teaching children this age long enough to know the kind of fear and disgust it would bring to practically all of them, the incident in Boston notwithstanding. The feelings of disgust appear to be natural, too, and for good reason, since it is appalingly obvious that an older person having sexual relations with the very young are doing so for their own physical release apart from the child involved. Even Islamic culture’s disturbing acceptance of child marriage seems to have rules about what happens, as opposed to this kind of orgiastic free-for-all.
We were all focused on Orwell’s dystopia when Aldous Huxley seems to be the more prescient one. God help us.

Almost everyone thinks Sodon and Gomorrah were destroyed over homosexuality (hence the term sodomy). Wrong. They were destroyed over the sexual abuse of children. Of course the first leads to the second.
As Christ said, “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’” The converse applies IMHO. And that brings (brought) the wrath.
That is where we’re headed? Apparently. God help those of us who oppose this. Please.
In 1984, I worked on a committee researching a sex ed program. The authors of it were a group closely aligned with SEICUS. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they were also lesbians.
And she was laughed at and hounded out of the business.
I agreed at the time how "absurd" her notion was.
I honestly thought that the next step to decadence would be polygamy, but I was wrong.

BY 1990, the rate of sexual abuse (according to the 2005 John Jay study) had been reduced 97%... before the media even caught a whiff of it. He was succeeded by yet another exorcist and liturgical reformer.

Utter evil is what comes next: bestiality, murder, necrophilia, cannibalism. Example: the case in Germany some years ago where one man killed another and partially ate him. But he was only sentenced to the standard penalty for murder because his victim had agreed to be killed and eaten.

The one is simply not as wicked or damaging as the other. Not saying it should be legalized, but the lock em up and throw away the key mentality seems out of place for young men having consensual relations with older teenage girls.
I have done enough genealogy to determine that HUNDREDS of my male ancestors would have been imprisoned under today’s laws for taking wives between ages 13-17.
