Let’s do something about it now.

Anyone with a brain knows the Halfrican is a damned phony sociopathic narcissist that uses a dead man’s social security number.

With a proper lean government this creek would be dragged out of his shamba.

Both from my school days and those of my kids, a lot of school organizations sell what the government calls junk food for fund raising projects. In small schools the sales of food concessions at football and especially basketball games are a major source of revenue for bands, FFA, booster groups etc. I suppose government nannies will now dictate that only fresh fruit and granola can be sold by school organizations.

If the government really wanted to encourage healthy eating why not limit what can be purchased with food stamps? Every time I go to my local grocery, I see people buying, chips, soda pop, snack foods, candy and other junk foods with their EBT card. In my state beer, wine and liquor may be sold and purchased in grocery stores and I often see the same people who buy their junk food with an EBT card then pay cash for for an equal or greater amount of beer and liquor.

Candy and soft drinks were not available at the schools I attended in the fifties and early sisties.
They weren’t that readily available at home either! I survived.
I don’t want the government involved in my food choices in any way, but when did this stuff start being available in schools anyway?
