I want to deny him those things too. I also want to see Obama obey the law like everyone else. I am tired of the Obama Administration people violating the public trust and the laws of our land.

The Obama story repeated by the MSM and the government is one lie after another. Fraudulent documents, fraudulent SS#, fraudulent draft registration, etc. There is the memoir Obama brags about writing that was actually written by Bill Ayers and probably others. There are the fake Birth Certificates, academic records, etc.
On top of that the Obama people have sealed almost all his records. Almost none are available.
Against this fraudulent narrative we have evidence Barry used the Soetoro name while in NY. It makes sense, he used the Soetoro name throughout high school and while at Occidental.
I do not know if this evidence is accurate or not. But if it is it adds additional insight into the fraudulent Obama biography. You said the evidence was not accurate. I merely asked if you had a reason to know that.
I repeat. The info in the database makes sense and fits in with the Obama fraud. But I do not know if the database is accurate or not.

And the Supreme Court in Perkins v. Elg (1939) basically said that it was impossible for someone other than the person themselves to surrender their citizenship.
Furthermore, the United States State Department basically says that while it is theoretically possible, people under 16 are presumed to not have the maturity for it to happen.

And that is what has been bothering me about this whole “CLN” business.
Since we have documentation from a FOIA request that shows SADO married Lolo in 1965, that means 0 was FOUR YEARS OLD.
A 4 year old child CANNOT renounce their citizenship!
So the CLN stuff is just a rabbit hole and a big fat red herring....

2960 Broadway is the address of the Miller Theatre at Columbia University. It's possible that there are dorms or apartments upstairs, but notice the small print underneath the address in the Barack Soetoro entry -- "Single Family Dwelling." That is clearly not true, and that makes it even more likely the entry is bogus.
Really, what are the odds that this is an address and name Obama actually used 30 years ago versus somebody playing a prank? Remember the "Kenyan birth certificate" in circulation four years ago. That was a fake, and if I remember correctly an Obama supporter claimed that he had made it to embarass the birthers and Obama's opponents.
People should make, "Hey, this just might be a forgery" their first thought, not their last.
Ok. You do have information that suggests the database entry is inaccurate. That’s all I was asking. The biography of Obama is so full of lies that I question almost everything. I try not to assume anything is accurate or inaccurate.
According to ObamaReleaseYourRecords, Al Hendershot ran this database search in October of 2011, more than a year before this past election. How does 17 month old information qualify as breaking news? Why wasn’t anyone told of this earlier?
Technically, Barry would have been 3 years old when his mother married Lolo Soetoro, and this issue isn’t really about renouncing his citizenship but whether he automatically became an Indonesian citizen by adoption and retained that citizenship into his adulthood. There’s no legal evidence he ever had U.S. citizenship prior to adoption nor after returning to the U.S.
No doubt. My previous post was emphasizing that PRIOR to the 20th century, this legal belief didn't exist. It's why I quoted U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark in showing that the court acknowledged that parents COULD renounce citizenship on behalf of their children, otherwise there would be no point in the court talking about it.

You’re right about him not having it in the first place. And having nothing legal at hand (I need to remember to think along those lines: LEGAL).
And if he ever applied for student aid or to get admissions preference as a foreign student, there’s where the trouble begins, because he is now ‘of age’ and probably using the name “Barry Soetoro” on legal loan docs and /or school legal docs. Plus maybe using an Indonesian passport (”ID”).
Then later on (was it just before he started to get involved in politics?) he becomes “Barack Obama” born in Kenya in order to get a book deal going (that book agent brochure ). Not sure what docs he would be using - when was the Pakistan trip? He coulda been using Indonesian docs for that.
Then used that name for Illinois senate, and US Senate; I would think there are legal documents that he’d need to sign there -not legislation, but campaign type stuff (calling all Freepers for more info on this). Not sure what sort of citizenship type ID docs he would need here.
Show me somebody using two different names (along with 2 IDs) after coming of age and I will show you a crook/liar/fraudster/scoundrel.
High crimes and misdemeanors start from the lie (aliases) and subsequent cover ups (scrubbing of docs, etc) and end up with intimidation tactics (judges in eligibility cases reversing themselves, talkshow hosts refusing to cover it) or WORSE (breitbart DID talk with the cold case posse folks right before he died).
There’s crimes been done, crimes being done, by the current occupant of the white house.
