I’m willing to bet the US Military will NOT be used to confiscate the guns because they are Constitution friendly. I bet it will be DHS. Maybe the reason for all those APCs and ammo they’ve bought lately.
You are right that DHS would be involved. I don’t think they could do it alone. I hope this article is shared with veterans and military just to get them thinking about the possibilities. Take care.

That’s what I’m thinking. hussein said in 2008 he wanted a domestic army. Looks like he is turning DHS into it. I think as soon as they think DHS has enough of the bullets, drones, and APCs they have on order, they’ll pull a few stunts to cause massive civil unrest. Then hussein will be reluctantly “forced” to take drastic actions like Marshall law, firearms confiscation, suspension of other rights. Who knows, maybe as much as restricting interstate travel, stopping elections, making it illegal to gather in public, shutting down the internet (gotta control the flow of information like every other dictator), etc etc. I used to think these things couldn’t happen here. Now I think there is a very real, non-zero chance they not only could, but will because those in power want them to happen.

Have you ever seen those super dedicated DHS folks at TSA? Now can you picture those 100 IQ bubble-butt holders folks attacking us with those APC, each holding their 9mm sideways?
I see some dem buddie who sells those APCs making lots of extra money selling them to DHS and then I see 2700 smoking hulls looking like Sadam’s army leaving Kuwait on the Highway of Death.
The US Military is mostly strong patriots who love America and the Constitution. Even nobama thinks its highly unlikely the US Military will attack US citizens, that is why he wants his “civilian security force” DHS.
If SHTF, I don’t think Mr. nobama will find even the FBI or Secret Service supportive and he’ll be stuck with his stupid gaggle of “gimme mo” folks and racists, like Calypso Louie, who only vote race and will give up at the first sign of their blood in the streets.
I’ve been in the military for 24 years now and I retire in the next couple months. I’ve posed this question to quite a few others and asked what they would do. I received the following responses:
1. Hell no.
2. I’d leave.
3. Some expressed disbelief it would ever happen.
4. Very few said they would but expressed their dissatisfaction with it.
All the senior NCO’s I asked said they would refuse. About 90% of the officers I asked said it would be unConstitutional with the other 10% being lower ranking officers who go along.
Sadly too many of the younger Soldiers took the oath to support and defend the Constitution but don’t know what is in it.
And the only counter for it is to be prepared. We have to find out who will be GIVING THE ORDERS, where they live and work, how they travel, their personal habits, how to best catch them alone. Like the leftist newsrag did to legal gun owners, we should publish their names, home addresses, workplaces and personal data. They are the primary targets when the confiscations begin.
We also need to locate the DHS armories and barracks or other quarters so "accidents" can be arranged for the underlings, and as a source of resupply for Patriots.
Diesel engines don’t like ingesting combustible fumes as they tend to runaway, unless safety devices shut the engine down. Methane, propane, or gasoline fumes have been implicated in accidents, in which an engine reached rpm levels sufficient to disintegrate. Sometimes the safety device has activated to no avail, as seals ruptured and the engine was happy to run on lube oil!
