Riots are mostly about being able to steal openly without repercussion, not about some abstract issue and damn few “rioters" are willing to put themselves in imminent danger of termination.

Nobama and BC fakery is more about reparations and payback for slavery. Ancesters of slaves and africans coming here afterwards seem quite happy to destroy what we know as the USA with their stupid expectation that they will be in some catbird seat during the rebuilding.
