Its an entertaining show but its a bit of a stretch to call it history. Still good enough for watching.

I think Ragnar’s brother is experiencing an eye problem. I like the show.

Who cares if it is true. Not sure if that was the intent. It is a great action series. Fun to watch.

I’m laid up today and tomorrow because of my wisdom teeth and watched the third and fourth episodes today. Ragnar reminds me of the kid from Sons Of Anarchy.

My husband & I are totally hooked on this show. It’s so beautiful to see, and I love the attention to detail in the sets, costumes, etc. Also a great story. I was surprised Ragnar’s brother held fast & didn’t talk — I thought he’d sell him out. I’m just wondering if the Earl’s attack on Ragnar’s settlement (and who were all those other people? friends, slaves, family, what?) was outside the law. Looking forward to next week!!

Katheryn Winnick

Ragnar's wife is hot, but it's about as much history as their Ancient Aliens series...

Been watching from the beginning, and am enjoying it immensely. Travis Flimmel who plays Ragnor starred with Patrick Swayze in the A&E series “The Beast.” Swayze played a seasoned FBI agent, with Flimmel as his rookie partner. Sadly, Swayze passed away not long after the one and only season aired. I was hoping to see Flimmel again, and was glad to see him cast for this series.

History Chanel, or Dramatic History Channel? Still I like the show, but not as “HISTORY”!

I don’t know. I’ve done some reading of Viking history, and so far it doesn’t seem so far off. I really do like the excellent attention to detail. The weapons especially. What do you take issue with?

Same here.

I liked Flimmel in The Beast and am liking The Vikings.
