Does The CIA Director Have Barack Obama’s Records That Prove He Is Ineligible To Be President?

We know that John Brennan got the head job of the Central Intelligence Agency. However, as we stated in a previous article, by obtaining the records of Barack Obama he may well show that Obama is not eligible to be President.

I'd respond again, but it would just be deleted again.

You must donate more than I do.

They clearly like your insults better than mine.

That was one of the layers that was created in the blogger’s pdf.

If you understand what MRC compression does it is not surprising. It was developed to reducing the size of complex documents (those with both images and text). The software recognized the green background as image and put it on a separate layer. And it recognized the registrar stamp as text and put it on a text layer. All of the layers are rotated just like in the White House pdf.

Here’s the problem, all of the so-called experts have said that it is impossible to simply scan a document into a computer and get these types of layers with these properties. In fact, the CCP’s experts have said that MRC cannot create multiple 1-bit layers with one 8-bit layer. This blogger and the other person seemed to have shown that in fact just scanning a document on a Xerox WorkCentre 7655 or 7535 will create the artifacts.

“this was confirmed by de Queiroz”

Professor de Queroz actually worked for Xerox in the imaging department during the time when MRC was first being developed.

From his C.V.

“Xerox Corporation (1994-2002) Digital Imaging Technology Center, Webster, NY, USA. Member of the Research Staff. Duties include research in new digital image processing and compression systems for color printing systems.”

“”””Again, if Obama even thinks about it at all, I can imagine his feeling would be a combination of happiness that people are out there making a big deal over nothing, and glee that by withholding information he’s able to piss you off.””””

If Obama had any moral compass, as president of all the people, he would not feel glee that some citizens question his identity. As president of all the people he would not try to use this for political advantage. Rather, he would resolve this issue asap.

Also, his records were sealed well before the birther issue was so big. Evidence of guilt?

I never call you names....Not my style. I just think you are wrong.

Sheriff Arpaio has been very patient and careful not to be overly aggressive. He would not state any final conclusions until he was sure he could back them up in court. Hence, at the first news conference he would only state that there was probable cause that the pdf file posted on the white house website was not a copy of an original document. It was only months later at the second news conference that he stated his conclusion that it was in fact a forgery.

I trust his approach.

I don't think he has a moral compass. Do you?

Also, his records were sealed well before the birther issue was so big. Evidence of guilt?

I don't think very many Presidents ever just voluntarily release all their past records to the public. Why would they? Just ammunition for critics.

I actually think Obama's academic record was probably less than stellar. But that's just a personal feeling. Obviously, I haven't seen his grade card.

I never call you names....Not my style. I just think you are wrong.

Thank you. You will get a lot more respect from me by engaging in real conversation.

Please forgive me, though, if I display disdain for birthers in general. I've had too many interactions with people who do call names. Lots of them. And also too many interactions with people who ask for evidence, and then simply deny it when it's presented.

If he has court-worthy evidence, why doesn't he take it to court?

Fact is, I haven't seen anything from him except a parade of "experts" whose opinions either promptly get debunked, or were already debunked before they were even released.

That's not credible.

And the fact is, there is good evidence that Arpaio's posse actually committed fraud in the evidence they presented. I've talked about this in previous threads.

So as I've said earlier in the thread: I don't know of anything birthers have ever said that hasn't been debunked by someone. Except, of course, for Arpaio's latest "evidence," which his office won't even release.

Trust us. Yes, we misled you in the past. But you can surely trust us THIS time.

The fanatical name calling anti-birthers give all the benefit of a doubt to Obama and none to Sheriff Arpaio. Curiouser and curiouser.

In fact, for an example of the level of competence of Arpaio's "experts," look at what 4Zoltan just posted:

Here’s the problem, all of the so-called experts have said that it is impossible to simply scan a document into a computer and get these types of layers with these properties. In fact, the CCP’s experts have said that MRC cannot create multiple 1-bit layers with one 8-bit layer. This blogger and the other person seemed to have shown that in fact just scanning a document on a Xerox WorkCentre 7655 or 7535 will create the artifacts.

So once again, another in a very long list of birther claims - this time one by Arpaio's "experts" - completely fails to pan out.

Or, to put it another way, turns out to be FALSE.

When claim after claim after claim turns out to be false or unsupportable, that's a pattern. And it indicates the thing you're trying to prove almost certainly is false to start with.

"I, too, learned this in Elementary school...and this is what I said to my family members when I first heard of Barack Obama in Jan or Feb, 2008 before is birth certificate was ever mentioned. What concerned me was his father was a student here on visa. Therefore, he was not eligible to run for President."

Jude, I didn't learn it in Elementary school, but did in 2008. The birth certificate is almost certainly, like a magician's slight of hand - “watch the hand I'm waving around” - the distraction from the truth you learned, but few others did, or recalled. You may not recall that it was a Hillary soldier, a lawyer named Berg, who created the birth certificate distraction, talking in public about Kenya and birth certificates exclusively, even in one of the earliest news conferences before inauguration, at which Orly Taitz clearly explained Article II, pointing out Berg's omission, and naïve about the legal trouble it would be his business to cause her for the next five years. Orly proceeded to look for and find tangible fraud, I believe because she is no more familiar than most lawyers, which means very little, with historical Constitutional law, Article II and the 14th Amendment.

Only one other president failed the Article II Section 1 requirement, Chester Arthur, and was only exposed in 2009 by one of the few lawyers, Leo Donofrio, appalled with the failure of legal ethics that kept congress and the judiciary silent as lawmakers evaded the Constitution - as Justice Thomas explained while being questioned by Senator Menendez, one of the signatories of Senate Resolution 511, claiming that that framers really would have made John McCain a natural born citizen had they known how valiant and useful he was to the Democrat party. (OK, not quite what SR 511 said, but they all know the truth and every senator signed it, save MaCain, since it was about his eligibility, and have gone to remarkable lengths to keep the public from discussing their deception and complicity.)

This thread may be such a distraction. The original reference is to nonsense about the intentions of John Brennan's employee, as if three employees of a Muslim, former assistant director of the CIA happen to be searching for information for an identity fraud business. To be working in state department archives at the level of senior senators required at least a top secret clearance. The real question is how the State Department and CIA cleared the Muslim convert's company for access to extremely sensitive data. Another real question is what is the religious background of Lieutenant Charles Quarles? Could he have volunteered his life in the war to reassert the primacy of the Caliphate, and by implication, Allah? We had been at war with Iraq, and had the World Trade center bombed (1993) by Jihadi bombers led by one the most important Wahhabi Imams, the "Blind Sheik" from Egypt, then based in New Jersey, and now in prison. The credit card story was a crude cover. The web site referenced by this thread was full of nonsense.

The issue is exactly what you learned about, and happened to be the topic of two senate actions sponsored by Obama, Leahy, Hillary, Conway, Hernandez, and others, to make McCain eligible and thus seal the lips of any Republican tempted to honor his or her oath to preserve, protect, and defend, the oath not just sworn by the president, by congressmen and military officers, all of whom have violated their oaths, admittedly against an aggressive enemy, but failed nevertheless.

Guess what? We don’t need no steenkin’ records. BoyBarack has proved time and time again that he’s ineligible to be president with his own stupid actions, lack of understanding of the job and the country, and failure to do anything right.

I seem to remember that collage records of other presidents as well as their grades and papers being discussed.
But in let us consider Obama’s promise to be the most transparent administration in history.

Can you document that?

This explains much of the last few years and the history of unfathomable behavior by the Senate and much of the House, the various judges and issues of standing, and the people they've gone after, such as Joe Arpaio.

It also explains the posters who pop up and spam the threads with blankets of chaff like posts designed to disrupt.

They picked the right time and place to loot and pillage and the right people inside to help. A little leverage from their files probably helps the reluctant. And, it looks like they have rigged the elections, monitored communications and such to keep things locked down.

Slick coup. And thanks to the foot soldiers, like the JWs here and elsewhere, the sleeping giant is still snoozing away while they essentially rob him and do his old lady.

They indeed are the ones they've been waiting for.

“As I’ve stated many times before, that’s irrelevant to the point. “

No, it IS the point. You post things in a manner to support your misinterpretation of history, and you’re not going to get away with it.

When you do that, nothing else you say is trustworthy.

4Zoltan found more information regarding Professor de Queiroz’s credentials.

I congratulated him for doing so.

And do you have any new facts to bring forward, any intelligent discussion that sheds light on the subject?

No. You illustrate that the limit of your ability to discuss the relevant facts is just to call names, like a little 3 year old who can’t get his way, so he throws a tantrum.

Thanks for illustrating what it is to be an idiot birther.

No, it IS the point. You post things in a manner to support your misinterpretation of history, and you’re not going to get away with it.

There's no misinterpretation there.

What's YOUR claim?

It appears to be that the First Congress made a "mistake."

Because the law that they passed completely contradicts YOUR claim that "the Founding Fathers intended that it take the highest possible allegiance to make a person eligible to be President; therefore it birth on US soil plus two citizen parents."

But the FIRST CONGRESS said that having citizen parents was quite enough to make a person eligible to be President, as long as that person's father had at some point resided in the United States.

So they said that if Jimmy and Jane went over to France, and had a baby there, and named him Francois, and spent the rest of their lives in France, and young Francois grew up in the middle of Paris and got his education in Parisian schools, and decided to move to the United States when he became an adult and enter politics - HE WAS ELIGIBLE TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

That's what the First Congress - which included 40% of those who signed the Constitution - specified.

That's the law they passed.

That a later Congress changed the law doesn't matter.

We're talking about WHO THE SIGNERS OF THE CONSTITUTION SAID WAS ELIGIBLE TO BECOME PRESIDENT.

There's no "misinterpretation of history" here. Not on MY part, anyway.

Ah, but YOU.

You say that the First Congress "made a mistake."

That's bullshit.

The fact is, the signers of the Constitution clearly did not use the requirements for Presidential eligibility that you claim they did.

So it is YOU who is misrepresenting history.

The guys who attempted the experiment with the Xerox WorkCentre 7655 or 7535 have admitted they can’t duplicate Obama’s birth certificate and the problems associated with it. They also admit they lack the credentials in computer expertise and forensic documentation attestations compared to court recognized expert Reed Hayes from Hawaii. Like you, they lack credibility.

They’ve gotten very close, and that’s without having access to the original document or the original equipment.

But it’s idiotic to claim that someone has to exactly duplicate the PDF in order for it not to be a forgery in the first place.

Woodman pointed out that there’s no possible way for anyone to duplicate it BY HAND, and then give any possible reason for doing it that way. It’s just not remotely credible.

Here we have known mechanical processes, that are known to give pretty much every effect seen in the PDF. It’s probably 99%, and you say that’s not good enough.

Well, it works two ways. Hand duplicate it, and then tell us why you did it that way.

It’s just not possible. You can’t even get to 50% that way.

THAT is what’s impossible. And it also illustrates the absolutely idiotic birther double standard for evidence.

“Ah! You can’t 100% duplicate it! That means it’s a forgery!”

“So can you 100% duplicate it using YOUR method, and explain why?”

“Well, no. But we don’t have to. Because the same standard of proof we’re demanding from the other guys doesn’t apply to US!”

Really, when you dig into it, this stuff is so ******* idiotic it’s unbelievable that ANYBODY seriously tries to promote it.

I can understand people who don’t understand it taking it seriously. They’ve been had.

But when you look at it and understand what’s going on there, it’s like people claiming with a straight face that the earth is flat, or that global warming is literally going to make the planet explode into a billion pieces on June 27, 2018.
