Memo to President Trayvon: Your Violent Criminal Son Wasn't Just Minding His Own Business

Regarding the George Zimmerman case, Obama wants us to believe the same misinformation that most of the media have been spreading for the past year and a half: That Trayvon Martin had just been innocently traipsing along on his way back from the 7-11 on the fateful night in question, and that the whole thing would have been avoided if not for the tendency by people like George Zimmerman to “profile” young black males such as Martin.

It has not seemed to penetrate the minds of Obama, Eric Holder, or any of the media talking heads just exactly why Zimmerman found Martin suspicious, despite the existence of ample recorded statements and police interviews in which Zimmerman explains it thoroughly.

Even Bill O’Reilly, in his recent heated tirade directed at Obama’s disgusting and divisive speech from last week, made the egregious error of saying the following: ”Trayvon Martin was killed because circumstances got out of control. He was scrutinized by a neighborhood watchman, George Zimmerman, because of the way he looked. Not necessarily his skin color, there is no evidence of that but because he was a stranger to Zimmerman and was dressed in clothing sometimes used by street criminals. It was wrong for Zimmerman to confront Martin based on his appearance.”

Why the heck do Obama, Sharpton, O’Reilly, Nancy Grace, and the rest of them get away with spreading this nonsense?

First off, the evidence in the trial all supported Zimmerman’s insistence that he did not confront Martin–in fact, everything points to it being the other way around, that Martin stalked and accosted/attacked Zimmerman.

Second, Zimmerman made it perfectly clear that his reasons for calling the police about Martin had at least as much to do with what Martin was actually doing as with Martin matching the profile of those committing previous break-ins in the neighborhood.

Besides noting that Martin appeared to be “up to no good” and “on drugs or something,” and giving the police dispatcher basic information about Martin’s sketchy behavior, Zimmerman later described repeatedly and in detail how Martin was loitering around the area and looking intently at the houses, especially at one house which had already been the site of a prior attempted break-in.

When Zimmerman first observed Martin, the teenager was actually in the grassy yard in front of that house, instead of on the nearby sidewalk–it was raining, and it seemed especially suspicious to Zimmerman that instead of making his way along the sidewalk as if he had a destination to get to, and to get out of the rain, Martin was standing close to the house entrance and peering around furtively. Zimmerman made all of this clear when he went back to the scene the day after the shooting with detectives, and described it all in minute detail, re-enacting the entire incident.

Furthermore, Martin had a record of being involved in burglary. This was at first officially covered-up by Miami-Dade school police, yet later unearthed through FOIA requests by dogged bloggers at The Conservative Treehouse website. Notice how Obama never mentions that, nor of course do any of the other perpetrators of the Saint Skittles fraud mention it.

They also mostly never discuss Martin’s penchant for the sadistic bashing of others, as evidenced by his social media accounts in which he relishes a rematch with one opponent who “didn’t bleed enough for me, only his nose” the first time.

So Obama whined on and on and on for 17 minutes last Thursday about how people tend to think and act differently around black men. Somewhere in there, for only a tiny moment, he begrudgingly acknowledged that the reason for this is that black men in general, especially younger ones, tend to act differently around people–that is, they are extremely more likely to engage in crime, and for that matter violent crime, than members of other sub-demographic groups. That actual level of disproportionate criminality and violence is astonishing, when you look at the statistics. But of course, our country’s past history regarding race relations is the only thing Obama saw fit to mention as having any responsibility whatsoever for the pathological depravity and violence of the black criminal underclass.

What was especially sickening about Obama’s dishonest screed last week was how he, like so many others who are supposed to be informing and leading the public to better put events into realistic context, completely mis-characterized why Zimmerman saw fit to alert police to Martin.

As to the rest of what he said, including throwing out the “stand-your-ground” red herring again (and completely getting wrong the most basic principles of self-defense)–as someone who is supposed to know and understand the law, Obama should just shut up. He never should have opened his dishonest mouth in the first place.

Obama and Trayvon’s family refuse to admit the "child" was a troublemaker who lived on the edge in a high-risk lifestyle that inevitable brought about his own demise.

On CNN's Headline New defensy atty O'Mara mentioned that Martin was under the influence of marijuana and that he was spotted near a home that had recently been burglarized. O'Mara went on to say that Martin had recently been "caught with the fruits of a burglary." A reference to the watch, jewelry and burglary tool found in Martin's backpack by school authorities several months before. With that comment, O'Mara is serving notice to those who will pursue Zimmerman in civil court that the barriers to evidence in the criminal case of Martin's recent troubled history before his death will not pertain in civil court.

I do not believe that Blacks care very much that Trayvon Martin died. After all, they seem to ignore more black on black violent deaths every day. I think what Blacks care about is that some “white” guy had the temerity and the means to defend himself from a beat down.

That is really what this is about, cow white people so that the black hoodlums can rob, steal and kill more of them with impunity.

The Obama administrations panders to this because it buys black votes, just like Obama phones.

Your summary is very good. I would only add the observation that if Obama has really been upset, hearing White people push the locks on their car doors as he walks by, or ladies clutching their purses more closely in elevators, he is pathologically paranoid. Why would he just assume that they would not do the same thing with any White stranger, in the same elevator? This sort of "woe is us," nonsense is part of an overall pathology, that has been created by other demagogues before Obama. But that he would confidently seek to exploit it, also may tell us something more about Obama, himself.

Yes, there is no doubt in my mind that the reason the State and the race hustlers kept repeating "Iced Tea" over and over, even when it became clear that it wasn't Iced Tea, was because people would make the connection to Lean, Purple Drank, or Sizzurp with the Skittles and Watermelon fruit cocktail, and the innocent child buying Iced Tea and Skittles for his little brother would fall apart.

Good points here, but never confuse liberals with any facts.

Facts don’t matter to the liberals. All that matters is their narrative. And their narrative is that Trayvon was an innocent black boy, just minding his own business, who was shot by a racist. And, the related narrative is that America is a racist society, where people lock their doors and clutch purses tighter when near black men And the only reason people behave that way around black men is due to racism.

I saw a timeline somewhere that showed Trayvon left the 7-11 50 minutes (give or take) before he was shot, indicating he had taken his own sweet time walking home.
