GWB is not likely to break his silence, but this would be an excellent time for him to observe that he sought and received explicit congressional approval for his military actions, and in both Afghanistan and Iraq assembled a broad international coalition. The words "never before has the United States been so isolated," "pathetic," and "incompetent" will fit neatly. I will be glad to help write the statement.
Coming at this time, it would leave a mark.

This is seriously starting to look like that Dave Chappelle "Black Bush " episode was prophetic.
