New rules of engagement on US soil.
This was the last day of the drill which included Federal, State, Local and municipal forces. Called "Capitol Shield 2014". He mentions that info was found at www.ARMY.MIL
Yep, not a peep in the msm about the burning man other than he died. The end. Move along. Nothing to see. Nothing about this executed woman either except what’s coming from her family. Has no one come forward to claim the man’s body or report he’s missing? No ID found on him? Nothing to ID him but dental records? He was talking to the people who put out the flames before the EMS got there and pictures don’t look like 80% of his skin was burned. Yes, burn victims die but he was aware enough to thank the good samaritans so I find it odd that no one asked his name.
No, that leaves out the baby could have been rigged to go boom. This had nothing to do with them thinking she had a bomb but something else. Notice the officials aren’t talking. They can’t come up with a spin the public will buy so all they can do is keep mum and hope something else takes the headlines.

I guess America really is exceptional.
They would not assume the baby was booby trapped, because that would make no sense to a car bomber.

Got to remember that most of those people aren’t qualified to work at McDonalds, give them badges and guns and no telling what will happen.
Seems consistent.
There was a time when anybody perceived as a possible threat to anybody in that area, no matter how guilty, would have been kept alive for intel value, to verify the true source of the activity.
Remember how authorities changed policies after JFK’s death to make sure the culprit wasn’t Ruby’d.
Looks like there isn’t enough discipline in these ranks to enforce those policies.
If you’re claiming she and the car could be rigged, then why not the baby. Face it, the out of control cops executed her.
IMHO, considering they had also been told they weren’t promised a paycheck, but when the budget got approved, they probably would get back pay,....I suspect they weren’t going to take any risks in controlling her. WYSIWYG
Typically, just the car is rigged. However, I do assert the cops were not “out of control”, in that they were likely following orders, and following the anti-terrorist script.
If you take an equal number of street police in D.C., and give them the same criteria, they would likely do much the same thing. It may be excessive and even uncalled for, but it is what they are supposed to do.
