There is nothing “epithet” about the use of the term “UNQUALIFIED” when it is the truth.

Using a figure right off the top of my own head, and judging from my own experience. I would say that Affirmative Action hires are about 50% unqualified and another 25% that are qualified, but not as qualified as those who got passed over so they could be hired.
