Well I am praying that Obama's chickens come home to roost.
There is something useful behind this victim line for Obama as there was when they used it for the stimulus.
There is a large group of Americans 30% to 40% who are emotionally triggered whenever Obama and Dems say that the GOP only opposes these ideas because Obama is for them now.
Most of them are non-whites who see Obama as themselves.
So this ‘rooting for failure’ line is a dog whistle to them.
Personality cults thrive on victim-hood, it substitutes for results :

I didn’t wish or root for Zero to fail. It’s because he and his ultraleft policies WERE failure. Rooting for his failure would be like rooting for water during a heavy shower.
It’s my fault! I admit it. Or should I say I claim the credit.. it is all part of my dastardly master plan. (evil laugh) I planed this debacle in order to make Obama go golfing while Michelle goes shopping in some foreign country looking for a dress that does not make her butt look big. I planned it all, I hatched the scheme to shut down the government in order to close off access to the war memorials and Mt. Rushmore. I also planned the bazillion of regulations that go with “Obama don’t Care” so that nobody can know if they are in compliance and the IRS won’t bother to read them anyway. Soon all the Obama voters will go in for a splinter and find they are selected for organ harvest to pay for there free care...(evil laugh...)
Leftist Dems (is there any other kind?) similarly rooted for American defeat in Vietnam because they were "anti-war" or was it pro-Communist?.

The only thing I see increasing in this country is the level of stupidity required to continue thinking that 0bama and 0bamacare are things that are in any way beneficial.
These issues are every one of them, bait.
Obamacare, abortion, religious liberty, immigration, pacifism, open borders, racism, oil and gas, crime, business, corporate banking, etc., is smoke for the fire, to rile up the “minorities” against capitalists, risk takers, Christians, the military, the working middle class, certainly the Tea Party.
Obama is tooling the have-not’s and the fascists to strike both the producers and the Anglos. With a pipeline of communication technology, “Obamafoames”, they can reach their troops and create unrest.
This is how you get some guy radicalized enough to threaten home and family one Ted Cruz.
Libs definitely want single payer but if Obamacare is seen to make things worse for most then its going to set that goal back for a while as Americans wont trust them to fix things. .

You're precisely right.
We are not rooting for failure per se. We know that failure by any reasonable objective is inevitable when liberalism is implemented.
We just want the truth to get out, and exposing the dismal failure of the Obama administration is necessary for people to see that liberalism does not and cannot work.
