The LA Times carried a column on Wednesday by Robin Abcarian containing incredibly offensive comments toward Suzanne Somers, author and star of the 1970s hit sitcom Threes Company.
Somerss mistake, in Abcarians view, was penning an op-ed critical of the president's deceitfully passed healthcare bill.
The op-ed was published by the Wall Street Journal on Monday and was titled The Affordable Care Act is a Socialist Ponzi Scheme.
Before offering a single rebuttal of Somerss position, Abcarian uses the recent declaration by Somers that she and her husband of 36 years continue to have an active sex life as cause to mock and belittle her.
Maybe too much sex has addled Suzanne Somers brain.
Media Matters will undoubtedly launch a boycott.
The State-Run Media: nothing but class...
Perhaps Ms. Abcarian has sucked a bit too much presidential d###.
Rumor has it he does’t swing toward woman!
“Nuts and Sluts”, the classic Leftist approach to any woman who dare to dissent from the party-line. If anyone understands the meaning of the phrase “War Against Women” it’s Bill Clinton.
The Left does more or less the same thing to any African-American who dares to be a conservative.
What class the 4th estate/5th columnists have (sarc off).
Suzanne is an accomplished actress and successful business woman...Robin is who..? An aspiring journalist? ROTFLMAO!
Reggie Love.
Sorry.
Knowing HomoWood....they’re upset that Somers had sex with the same man all those years....
Liberals are stupid...and this Liberal Media writer proves my point even more
Good for Suzanne Somers to speak up against ObamaCare....she should run for House or Senate
Once it becomes a given these so called “reporters” and their editors are held personally responsible for these personal attacks this krap will stop.
Well we know what all those years in a Marxist University will do to your brain.
Pray America is Waking Up
And maybe too little has addled Robin’s.
Or maybe it was too much of the wrong kind (little boys, little girls, little puppies, solitary ...)
A few months ago, I watched the entire "Kolchak: The Night Stalker" series from the 70s. Two episodes stand out as being rather interesting with regard to the press and our current _resident. The first is an episode with a werewolf on a cruise ship. One of the characters refers to Kolchak as the Fifth Column a few times, with Kolchak barking back "Fourth Estate".
The other episode depicts an evil Satan-backed candidate who comes out of nowhere, gets rid of inconvenient opponents, and wins elections because the other is forced out of the running (usually due to death).
Support a plan that provides contraception and neo-natal care for the elderly, and then bash a woman for having sex at an “advanced” age? C’mon...
