I agree wholeheartedly. The government should not have been permitted to argue O’care was not a tax on one day, then argue it was on another. By Robert’s rewriting the law as a tax he provided several avenues to legally challenge it, but no one has legal standing to do such until it is implemented. This could have been prevented by simply upholding his original opinion, but do you remember how confident the Dems were before the SCOTUS vote? They knew they would prevail. Perhaps because they knew his dirty little secret(s).
