Good morning, boys and girls! Rise and shine. Only 18 more shopping day until Christmas the Obamacare website is "fixed." The Clintons have piled on, which is really the kiss of death. Lots to contemplate and discuss today...
We're supposed to finally get the "numbers" of those who have signed up for Obamacare this week. This will happen during a 5:30PM Friday press conference at the Dept of the Interior ( Obamacare is "inside" the US, so why not?)
And just "who" will be counted? Not those who have actually paid for policies, the way insurance companies do the math..but likely a far more "liberal" standard."
Which is really, really stupid..because it's just going to make the story even worse.
But here's the gem of the day, which shows just how bad it's gotten for the Dems, and they know it's gonna get much worse.
Last night I was watching Megyn Kelly. She totally destroyed James Carville..kept hammering at him. Here's the video if you missed it...well worth watching.
For whatever unknown reason, I was curious to see how her 9PM counterpart, Rachel Maddow, was handling the story, so I set the DVR to record a later airing of her show, and watched it when I woke up.
Guess what? She didn't mention it at all? Not one word about Obamacare, nor what Clinton said, nor the problems, nor Feinstein jumping ship. Zip! Nada! Zilch. (FYI..her lead story was about how much wealthier members of Congress were than the average American family, and then she riffed into a discussion with some clown about if wealth envy progressivism was the future of the Democrat party.
They're way beyond doubling down...they are tripling, quadrupling down..because they have absolutely no idea what to do.
Several hundred years ago, a French nobleman developed a guaranteed method to win at the casino. If you lost, you doubled your bet until you won. In theory, he was correct, but there are two problems with it.
First, you could run out of money before the winning bet finally hits... Progression progressivism IS expensive.
Second, the casinos long ago imposed betting limits...
Obama and the Democrats are about to learn these lessons for themselves. In the big casino of Obamacare, they are about to "crap out" roll snake eyes..

This is the last best chance for the GOP is right in front of their noses. Block any fix to Obamacare, let the system collapse. The Demorats own it. A couple million people without health insurance of Medicaid coverage will bring the whole system to a halt.
His only move is to TOTALLY put it off until AFTER the 2016 election. I'm sure he's tapping a few folks to approach the Supreme Court to kill it. After all, he was a lawyer and taught Constitutional Law. smirk/
Right now I’m watching MSNBC and loving the collective nervous breakdown. Even they have emerged from their delusional haze that the site would be fixed by the end of the month.
See, there really isn't a fix...if we repealed it today, right now..the 5,000,000 who have lost their coverage still have nothing. Those policies can't be resurrected. They're gone...
Every time we get a letter from my wife’s insurance company we’re worried that it will be cancellation notice due to Obama and the Democraps. Yesterday’s letter was just an EOB.

Bubba is setting the stage for Hillary. I’m expecting him to say this was very different from Hillary’s plan...(which got shot down royally). What a difference a Congress makes.
The buzz is the sapheads are cooking the numbers to make the O/Care flop more palatable to Dim leemings.
Apparently, the con artists are counting as enrollees those w/ policies left in the shopping cart----who have not yet actually enrolled.
Imagine if Amazon added to its bottom line as bonafide sales, items left in their shopping carts? They'd be nabbed for fraud.

The Obamacare follout reminds me of Star Wars 2 and the Millineum Falcon’s repeated non-jumps to light speed.
As far as I can tell, techs have been ordered to use patches to patch patches..which will ALWAYS fail since nobody can ever figure out where some "rabbit holes" may be lurking.
I would speculate without fear of contradiction that some of the techs assinged to fix the website are fuming, knowing they are on a fool's errand & are hiding their identity while coming and going to work.
The absolute proper way to proceed here would be to scrap every piece of the present toxic code, hire a competent website construction firm, ban any input from anybody in the WH, HHS, IRS or any other govt masterminds from even commenting on the website.
They MAY then have a reasonable chance at a functional & user-friendly website.
...AND then designate a completion time of Nov 1, 2113....heh heh
