Just because a bunch of the generals in charge now are generals, does not make them our best choices. Obama fired so many. This mob in charge now are the ones that kissed his butt for rank. So, what we have are the best butt kissers, not necessarily the best military leaders. I fear for this nation. I fear for the people. So many think everything is fine, when it really is not. So many think the government would never hurt them. That the leadership of this nation would protect them. It is sad that so many people in this republic are blind to what is going on. Simply sad.’
There is so much in this post. It is one of the best I’ve ever read. & you are right to say it started when Bill Clinton skated. That was the triumph of several generations of far left liberal public schooling. No real right or wrong, everything is relative...*except* that liberal morality is head and shoulders above Judeo/Christian morality. The impressionable kids got the message, and Bill Clinton’s consequence-free *perjury* was the result. It’s been downhill from there.
Just one tweak to your otherwise excellent commentary. It’s a bit worse than having rump-smooching generals in charge. They are rump-smoochers for sure, but they are also the most PC of the lot. I.e.: they have more concern for promoting homosexuality than for creating and preserving the finest fighting force in the world. That is a terrible combination. Rump-kissers whose premier focus is on feminizing/homosexualizing the military. Not even Stalin made an all out effort to feminize the military. In this, Obama is unique...and uniquely awful.
I totally agree with the homosexual thing. There are the PC’s and those I basically added into my butt kissers. They kiss his butt by agreeing with the homosexualizing of the military. I don’t care what anyone says, in the long run that idea is only going to hurt the military. Men will not trust those that they know to be homos. I know I would not. I was around some that we discovered to be gays when I was in. That was an automatic administrative discharge. When you looked back over the “career” of those discovered to be gays, you saw a pattern of disciplinary problems, lack of ability to do their jobs, whatever. They simply were ineffective and poor soldiers. Whatever their reasons, they were not good soldiers.
