The building is huge but he has remodeled it over the years and it has a large hidden Apartment in it with a well concealed garden on the roof (very clever design that can't be seen from the surrounding territory)
He has a garage that would take explosives to get inside and it is connected by a hidden tunnel in the basement of his apartment building.
All the windows of the apartment are hidden by the balconies and he has used a clever system of vegetation and construction to still allow a goodly amount of light in yet no one can see it from other buildings or ground level.. He built a rain collection system and has solar panels that are hidden on the roof (He built them into decorative panels) And the really clever bit is his wife who does all these crazy sculptures out of reclaim stuff made this awesome windmill but its real purpose is to charge his massive Deep cycle battery system.
His potable water storage is huge he had these big tanks placed in his basement and then he put up false walls around them. They are all plumped together and he has a 12 volt pump system that allows his to circulate and pump the water and he stockpiles chemicals to treat the water if he needs to add rain water to it from his rainwater system.
He claims he and his wife and kids can shelter in place for over a year and never need to leave the hidden parts of the building.
Of course he is well to do and has been all of his life so he can afford it. But he has been putting the whole thing together for over 20 years.

I can do the same thing in my townhouse and never leave it. Consider my townhouse the really cheap version of his. Solar panel, purified water, food for a year, fresh veggies, cooling, warmth, security, cooking ability seven ways, etc.. Mine is not elaborate like his but I can survive unless I am attacked by a mob who breach security. Mob would have to know there is something here and there is no way for them to identify that so they would want to come in. I surely wish I had his, it seems perfect. Now, I hope he doesn’t go on TV and show it to everyone.
I have a hideaway up in a enclosed area under a tile roof. I cut a way in and replaced insulation etc.
Food and water, but I do not know how long before I have to come down...probably have to break through drywall in a closet. If looters are gone, I might be OK and able to stay in place with other hidden supplies...and Liberty Safe!
Leaving my dog to survive on his own makes it hard to imagine. Lots to think about but I feel I have to try to survive.
