Just a few drops in the right place will disable a vehicle and damage the injectors. In fact, a little air in the right place (fuel return line, fuel filter, etc.) does the same thing minus the damage.
Talking about mechanical injection in the latter part.
The point is to permently disable the MRAP. The only way it should be moved is by wrecker.
