No. Excerpting is only done because of the threat of lawsuits. Sites have to request that material be excerpted and they will be added to the copyright list if you copyright your content. Again, FR is not an advertising vehicle.

My site is not a Blog, however that being said I do feel that Jim’s rules are intended for websites also.
I excerpted for a reason that I posted early on on my thread. And it was honest.
Right or wrong, I was honest in why I did it. And felt that the excerpt function was used correct.
I am not saying that I was right. I am saying that I did it for the mentioned reasons.
My issue is with how I was approached by Humdinger and his accusations.
None of you guys will acknowledge that.
You are blindly sticking up for him.
