Could this be the end of Boehner’s Speakership?
Coach is Right ^ | 4/26/14 | Kevin "Coach" Collins

John Boehner is often a difficult man to figure out. Sometimes he seems to want to lead the fight to restore the America’s greatness; but other times he seems hell bent on destroying what is left of America and the Republican Party. This ambiguity has placed a cloud over his reelection as Speaker.

His biggest problem is he just doesn’t want to give up on his dearly held dream of granting amnesty to illegal aliens. He and his sidekicks, Paul Ryan, Eric Cantor and Kevin McCarthy have made an art form of ignoring their base in favor of people who will be happy to accept amnesty so they can become reliable Democrat voters.

Earlier this year the demands of rank and file conservative Republicans were able to get these people to shut up about...

Speakership? More like shutupship, other than saying to conservatives cynically to go f themselves..

Much too kind to Boner. He hasn’t done the right thing on anything. It’s not just amnesty, it’s his habit of caving in on EVERYTHING. Trillions of dollars down the rat hole, repeated violation of the law, wars fought illegally on the wrong side, and boner made it all possible.

The Amnesty insanity is worse even than the writer suggests. The real lesson about the Crimea going back to Russia is being overlooked in the shallow news coverage, that seeks to blame Putin for recognizing that the Crimea is really ethnic Russian. Yet the reasons that the Crimea is ethnic Russian have little, if anything, to do with Putin.

Stalin deliberately settled ethnic Russians not only in the Crimea but in areas of the original Ukraine in order to undermine any cohesion in the population, which might enable resistance to his tyranny. The Mexicanization of California & New Mexico--even if stopped before Arizona & Texas are overrun also, will eventually lead to the equivalent of an American "Crimea." The writing is on the wall for anyone who understands human reality. The make-believe world of the Left (Communist, Nazi or faux "Liberal" varieties) notwithstanding, humanity is not monolithic; is not so much biological putty to be remolded according to humanist theory. People make their culture, not culture, people.

This is the real lesson--a lesson endlessly repeated throughout the human experience--which should be gleaned from the Crimean return to Russia. Recognize it for its true significance.

Boehner has never walked the walk. He used to talk a good game before he caved but now he doesn’t even do that anymore. Get rid of him.

We need new leadership. Conservatives should work to make it so.

Such is the price the voting public pays, when someone has the idiotic idea that a seat, a Cabinet post, a Presidency, “is owed to them”.

The Tea Party clearly had the reins after 2010 election, but the ‘owed one’, and a friend of the GOP-e, demanded that he be made Speaker. That is the price of backroom politicking. That is what the Tea Party had in their sights to undo, dismatle, and put those in that class, out to pasture, for the sake of the country.

Now, that three names, formerly thought to be golden boys, have become attached to the present Speaker, toss them, too!

I don’t know how Boehner has been compromised (although I have a hunch) but he behaves like one who is wholly owned, and very much against his will. I think the Democrats hold dirt on him that would utterly destroy him.

Accordingly he is their creature.

Accordingly they will aggressively bolster his dead hand continuity as Speaker.

Watch for it.

The Tea Party caucus has proven to be the biggest disappointment of the past four years. Instead of holding Boehner’s feet to the fire they have been a fractured group that has rarely voted as a block to oppose the GOP’s cowardice. When a group of conservative Congressmen were marginalized and/or outright punished by Boehner following the November 2012 elections the Tea Party caucus needed to draw a line in the sand and make it clear to the GOP ‘leadership” that they would oppose their reappointment to leadership roles unless they backed off. Boehner knows that he can bully many of the Class of 2010 through threats and the withholding of committee assignments.

No, Boehner is VERY easy to figure out. Here is the sequence:
1 - Whatever helps get me re-elected
2 - Whatever gets me free drinks at the D.C. watering holes
3 - Whatever helps my buds, regardless of party
4 - Whatever is easy - NO HEAVY LIFTING or SERIOUS THINKING!
(1 and 2 might be in the wrong order, it’s close)

Notice there is nothing about the causes of liberty, prosperity, and justice. Those are things that tend to interfere with his peaceful, bourbon-soaked life.

I despise the man - even more than I despise Pelosi!

John Boehner is often a difficult man to figure out.

He is a drunken, traitorous sellout.

What's so hard to figure out about that?

Great Observation!

Let’s get the Tea Party(s) (ALL of them) to sponsor another March on the Capital to insist on:

(1) Secure Borders. Real Fences. Real bullets. Real, speedy deportations. Denial of “visas” to members of groups which already show a high propensity to cheat.

(2) Conducting ALL US Government business in English ONLY.

(3) Denial of all “benefits” but one to illegal immigrants: ONE free ticket home. Subsequent deportations would need to be prepaid through hours worked — perhaps in chain gangs — or through fines levied on their fat-cat employers.

I’d march again.

May I suggest that Boehner’s increasingly erratic actions(taken in the light of everyday business life) would be a very valid excuse for a drug/alcohol abuse test.

There is no polite way to say this, C.

The man, Boehner, is a drunkard in power. He is at the mercy of his habit and depends upon his staff to point him in the right direction and equip him with policy and talking points.

He has stayed too long. He epitomizes the safe-seat RINO who has used his office to enrich himself and those on his team. The safe-seat RINOs have insulated themselves and their families from the coming collapse of the Republic and will fight like tigers to keep their places.

The RINOs feel they have a captive voter base (aka "Republicans") who so fear the Democrats that they will always reliably vote in their safe-seat incumbents, no matter how liberal, how accommodating to the Democrat Party, or how corrupt.

Unless there are enough real Republicans or Conservatives seated in the 2014 election, the mad rush toward the destruction of the Republic will continue. When our demographic reaches that point at which we are the hemisphere's northernmost Latin American country, what makes anyone think we will avoid Latin American style governmental shifts, that is coups, counter-coups, revolutions, and uprisings?
