Everybody jumped on this and publicized it way too fast. Was it a violation of Sterling's rights when he was taped, and does it put the media in a tough legal position for airing those tapes?

I'm not saying he's a good guy. I really don't care if he is or he isn't. I am saying that those who don't acknowledge the right to freedom of speech, and now even in ones own home, are way out of line, and have been for quite awhile.

Someone on another thread mentioned he insisted that his calls be recorded. No whether it was legal for her to give it to the media is another matter.

I rarely watch the evening news but tonight I did. They had the usual suspects talking about Sterling and how the team should be taken from him blah blah blah.

The next story was on how the new cars now have technology in them that can listen to everything you say and are doing so.
