Good morning. Today is flea-drops day here. Shannon hates me forever. I haven’t gone after Jake yet; he’s sleeping.

Forever is a long time in cat-years. Like, maybe a day or two.

I expect it will last until I get out my needlepoint activity, which involves a plastic bag containing yarn. Shannon loves that.

And four more tubs bite the dust! I had so MANY stuffed animals! I need boxes, now, for books and breakables.

My Avon lady says she has a lot so I will ask her for some.

We had a dog that would come running when you broke out the vacuum cleaner. She liked being vacuumed, go figure...

I had a dog that tried to attack the vacuum...growled, barked and bit at it, sometimes even pulling it out of my hands. He weighed 24 pounds.

Go YOU! Children will buy the stuffed animals at the thrift store. Some of our favorites came from The Salvation Army.

Back from Weight Watchers. You know, I just realized I miss Tom. He’s a giant pain in the neck, but he always makes me laugh when I need it.

I thought of donating some of the stuffed animals to the police department, but I will have to sort through and pick the smaller ones for little hands.

AAA was just here. It’s not the battery and it’s not the fuel injectors, so I will have to have it towed to the shop to have them run a diagnostic on it. I’m leery of the cost.

And it probably won’t be until tomorrow, because I have to wait for the thrift store truck today...”between 8:30 and 4:30”

*sigh*

“Between 8:30 and 4:30.” At least it wasn’t “during daylight hours.”

We’re going to the library after lunch.

Well, at least they pick up! It would cost my a small fortune to take all this stuff to the donation center, even the closest one.

Maybe tomorrow, since I won’t be going anywhere, I’ll try to put the permanent in my hair. It is really beginning to bug me.

Yes it is very helpful that they pick up.
