They typically belong to boards and other private, non-public groups. They really don’t belong to a national pubic group at all.
I bet these “doctors” wouldn’t want their territory to be invaded by allowing anyone who wants to call themselves “doctor” to do so.
People should not be able to change the sex certificates without a DNA test that shows the original designation was made in error.
Well when everything is based on feelings and deemed a societal construct, there is no legal argument to prevent it that cannot be successfully challenged.
If I cam be a woman through the act of a pen on paper by merelt satating it. I can be a doctor or an air traffic controler or a policeman.
And the same legal reasoning that says I am a woman gives me legal basis to call myself anything. If ones junk does not count as a determining factor, and the declaration does, anyone can be anything and no one can stop it without facing discrimation charges.
That is the logical conclusion this all leads to.
And let us not forget. Precedence has been established over the sex issue as well as the “I’m a CMH winning navy SEAL hero of Vietnam’ issue.

Does this mean that boys graduating high school can mark “female” on their college applications and get preferential consideration for acceptance?
How about signing up for Selective Service? Doesn’t this mean that every young man can simply ignore this law, if they just say they are female?
