This of course, completely excuses lawless behavior on the part of Obama and Holder. Since some Americans are ....gasp ...racists..... neither Holder, nor Obama need to follow the Constitution, obey laws passed by Congress, or support those who do.
In short, to object to criminal behavior on the part of anyone with skin darker than your own is racist. Furthermore, it completely exonerates the criminal. The same principle applies to criticizing poor performance, or seeking to address failure.
