And he really really likes hardware stores.

My favorite is “Bob”.

I highly recommend going to see him live. Took my kids, and it was one of the best shows I’ve ever been to.

In my book ...

“in the future” still applies, but the lazy are using “going forward”

“affect” (verb) still applies, but the lazy are using “impact”

“physical properties” still applies, but the lazy are using “physicality”

and, the problem with references - example:

“Susan met Sally, and she went swimming.”

To whom, does the “she” refer? The writer knows, but failed to convey who went swimming.

Lazy ... lazy ... lazy ...

It should be “poor spelling.”

Another decade or so of texting is going to destroy this language anyway, Al.

Excellent video....this and his video “Bob” show him to be a true song and wordsmith.

Pure genius.

“Bob” is also on YouTube and is a song that is entirely made of palindromes....done in the style of Bob Dylan’s “Subterranean Homesick Blues”.
