Once is by accident, twice by design .... what gives?
Somebody wasn’t being careful when they saved the files. They do both look similar enough that, unless you definitely know what both look like, that they could be mistaken for the other.

Seems like their photo editor would have to have been
on a movie fast for the past 10 years to believe that
Natalie Portman was in Pirates of the Caribbean.
Portman is not a Brit and has no connection there of which I am aware. She is American, though might also hold Israeli citizenship.
