See my tag line. The two party system has been a ruse for the past 100+ years and it’s taken this long for people to figure it out.
These folk have their panties in a wad because Brownback and the conservatives in the legislature have cut taxes and hope to make Kansas an income tax free state!
This is not about a "uniparty" but a fight about money and taxes, who does the money belong to, the people who earn it or the corrupt teacher's union leaders, government employees, and lawyers who want, no demand it! They are not about to sit still and allow Kansas to be run by pro-life, pro-family conservatives!
It's also about abortion, these "GOP leaders" all supported and were supported by George Tiller and Planned Parenthood!
This is also about Missouri (pro-union) and Kansas (right-to-work) and Missouri, especially Kansas City, losing businesses to Kansas, and ultimately all the way back to the Civil War with Missouri and Democrats support of slavery and Kansas liberals claiming they are in the GOP but taxing, spending and voting just like liberal Democrats!
There are some differences between the two parties but they are pretty much the same. As Mark Steyn said, they are basically the same when it comes to the real important issues.
Voting Republican is not going to get us the type of government we want. We didn’t get it when Bush was in power and we are even less likely to get it now or especially in the future.
Coach is wrong, as usual. There is no Uniparty in Kansas. There is, however, a long tradition of defeated Republicans turning RAT and claiming the Republican party is too conservative for them. They are just traitors looking for attention. This happens every election, and the leftie newspapers give it a lot of play, pretending it’s a big deal which will help the RATS.
The same thing happened in Isreal. Eventually it went away and BB got elected. Kadema Party was its name as I recall.

My neighbor knows at least one of the men on the list personally, and that man voted for Obama. The man is some sort of former county level Chairperson. Not a very republican thing to do.
