Hatin’ Republicans To Waste Time Suing Obama

he House has voted to sue President Obama over his various unilateral executive actions. No doubt all will be shocked to discover it was a party line vote. Obama’s response was typical, he wishes Republicans would “stop just hatin’ all the time.” Anyone who opposes a President who ignores the Constitution is “hatin’.” Worse still, Republicans are mad because Obama is just doing his job. Not the job as defined by the Constitution, which requires the President to enforce the laws passed by Congress. Rather Obama refers to the job as he imagines it wherein he issues dictates and everyone is expected to obediently follow.

Obama does not have the authority to alter laws passed by Congress. If Congress says the employer mandate in Obamacare begins on January 1st, 2014, the President does not have the authority to delay the mandate until January 1st, 2015. If the President would like the delay, he must go to Congress and ask them to pass a law delaying the mandate. If Congress refuses, even for petty partisan reasons, under the Constitution the President is out of luck. If Congress refuses to pass the Dream Act, the President does not have the authority to write it into law and enforce it as though Congress has passed such a law.

It isn’t a matter of “hatin” the President when he engages in unconstitutional and unlawful conduct. He isn’t doing his job, even if he imagines that he’s helping people via his unilateral rewrites. His job is to enforce the laws passed by Congress, the job of writing law rests with the Congress. It really matters not whether the Republicans are being unreasonable or petty. They were elected too and they have a job to do under the Constitution and that job ought not be usurped by the President. Believe it or not President Obama is not the first President to face a hostile Congress. He isn’t the first President to get very little of what he wants passed through Congress.

The problem with the Republicans suing Obama is that they’re failing to do their job under the Constitution just as much as the President. The House has two options under the Constitution for dealing with a President who does not obey law. They can refuse to fund his favored programs or they can impeach him. Congress would have an easier time of limiting funds for programs like Obamacare if they passed budget expenditures individually rather than as one giant omnibus bill.

If the President provides blanket amnesty to illegals, as has been threatened recently, the House ought to impeach the President for violating Federal law. If he unilaterally rewrites Obamacare again, the House should impeach the President. Suing a lawless President won’t solve anything. Generally speaking, the lawless don’t obey when courts tell them to do something. If the Courts tell Obama it’s illegal for him to rewrite laws does anyone believe the President will listen? How would the courts even enforce their order? They’ll hold Obama in contempt of course and they’ll enforce their contempt order how? The Courts aren’t going to send a bailiff to arrest the President and even if they did he wouldn’t get past the secret service. Suing Obama is a waste of time. The Constitution gives the Republicans two mechanisms for dealing with this President. it’s time John Boehner and company look to them.

Hatin’ Republicans To Waste Time Suing Obama

This lawsuit is just a delaying tactic by Hussein's new butt-buddy Boehner. The legislative branch (that's you Mr. Weeper!) cannot depend on the Judicial Branch to do what IT is charged with doing, namely IMPEACHMENT!

Get out of the bar Boehner, and GROW A PAIR!

Draw up the Articles of Impeachment.

Publish same.

Revise to include new charges as they occur

Also keep a public copy of the evidence and arguments to be made in obtaining a conviction.

It’s like I said previously, its all show. Its all politics. They’ve had plenty of opportunities to stop all this and haven’t been “man” enough to do it. As far as I’m concerned the republicans are worse than the dems. They are cowardly.

“Hatin’ Republicans” - TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE.

Talk, talk, talk, talk, talk...

They should be sued as well.

Agreed.

The US House “Sue Obama” Bill defines Speaker Boehner’s political philosophy: TALK BIG, and DO NOTHING.

This “Sue Obama” House Bill will be quickly rejected by the Courts because Judges appointed by politicians in the Democrat Brotherhood Government, (DBG), have promised to not interfere with the goals of the DBG.

Speaker “Blank Check” Boehner is always willing to defer to the opinion of Judges appointed by Democrat Brotherhood Politicians.

Speaker “Blank Check” Boehner has convinced most voters in the Public and US House of Representatives that NOTHING CAN BE DONE to punish B. Hussein Obama for violating the US Constitution unless he is removed from Office by the US Senate.

IOW, Speaker Boehner, by doing nothing, Boehner violates his unique Constitutional Duty to “Control the Purse” or Impeach Obama, and thus is passing the buck to a Democrat-controlled US Senate that will never Remove Obama from Office.

Obama knows that as long as Boehner stays in as Speaker, then Obama has permission do whatever he wants to do, with no fear of punishment.

Boehner as Speaker is ESSENTIAL to permitting Obama to violate the US Constitution on a near daily basis.

Stupid and weak Boehner is, by far, “The best Speaker of the House that the Democrat Party has ever had.”

Removal from Office can only come from the US Senate, and ONLY if the US House Impeaches BEFORE the US Senate even considers whether or not to bring an Impeachment to the Floor of the US Senate.

BTW, “stupid” people are those people who are incapable of learning, and Speaker Boehner and all those who refuse to use the Checks and Balances found in the US Constitution are TRULY STUPID, especially the Republican Member supporters of Boehner as Speaker in the US House of Representatives.

Force Boehner to resign as Speaker, and THEN Impeach Obama with New House Speaker Louis Gomert, Jim Jordan or Trey Gowdy.

Do nothing, and US Voters may find no EFFECTIVE reason to vote for a do nothing Republican slate of Candidates in November, 2014.

The people have standing to sue the congress for not using the power of the purse to stop the outlaw president?

This lawsuit is one of the dumbest moves to come down the pike. What are they thinking? Obama can refuse to participate. Obama can counter sue and claim that congress is thwarting his plans. The courts can refuse to hear the case and just say, you work it out and don’t dump it on us.

Just what do they think their going to get if they win? A trial and appeals will take years. Obama isn’t going to jail. Obama isn’t going to get fined. Nothing will be reversed. The best they can hope for is some kind of statement from the courts that Obama shouldn’t have done such and such. If it’s a statement they want, why don’t they just say it? They’re all running for election right now. They could campaign agains the democrats and Obama, but seem to want to talk about every but.

This lawsuit seems to be an admission that the democrats are better at politics than republicans and they want the court to do something about it.

Let’s see how long it takes the democrats and their allies to show what fools the republican’s are to do this.

#SpinelessSnipeing is Bohner’s new Hashtag Handle...

They control the damned budget, but they have done NOTHING to stop Obama with the power of the checkbook...
