The value in this is specifically because it is unguarded, and unprompted, testimony from an eyewitness that contradicts several others who spoke later but may have an agenda or pressure from the community.

The reason I ask, is there are police vehicles on the both sides of the suspect. One towards his head, and one towards his feet.

It would help to know which vehicle the officer involved was in.

About two hours after the deadly confrontation, Thee Pharoah tweeted in response to a query from a follower that he heard seven shots and saw Brown getting hit by two of the rounds from behind.
He added that the remaining five bullets came as a 'barrage' after Michael Brown turned around to face the officer.

Wilson’s squad is to the right in first video and to the left in the second. Where is Brown’s red Cardinals hat in either of the two videos? It must be that it’s hidden from view just outside Wilson’s squad in the second video.

Note Brown’s body position as it lay. His back is to Wilson’s squad.
