So what was the REAL REASON that the Justice Department didn’t want the video to be seen? Just what they said, “inflame racial tension”...although with a different meaning.
They knew the video would do very little to calm the blacks down...at least most of them. No different than showing Arabs tunnels and rockets being launched makes them any friendlier towards Israel...it’s a cultural thing. So, a minor effect in the black community - reasonable blacks will now understand what happened, but like reasonable Muslims, they know they have to keep quiet and let the radicals run the show, or else.
No, the REAL EFFECT, the “inflamed racial tensions” would be in the WHITE community. Specifically, the guilt-ridden whites that voted twice for Obama. They still have the ability to process the video and THEY will realize that they’ve been played (yet again, but they’ll think it was the first time...they always do).
That’s what the Justice Department feared.
Your theory has merits. However, the same stupid, white voters who voted for Hussein because of his race, twice, are also the same stupid voters who will vote Democrat in the next election. White guilt is why they voted for him to begin with but now they are so vain and deluded that they cannot vote AGAINST any Democrat running. Otherwise they show themselves to be hypocrites. They were manipulated by the MSM twice which shows they have no ability to look for or correctly process facts (critical thinking) nor do they want to take the time to learn the facts that destroys their preconceived notions that giving alleged grievance groups what they want will make the grievance groups like them more. This is the absolute accomplished goal that Progressives have been hoping for during the last 100 years and they accomplished it by overtaking public education (first at college and now all the way to preschool) and the MSM that is overwhelmingly Progressive. We forgot to teach our children that Progressive, liberal, Socialist and DEMOCRAT is flowery language for Marxism and Communism. We allowed ourselves to be quieted by intimidation. Our Nation is politically destroyed. Guess there really was a Communist under bed after all.
