See, gentlemen? This is what happens when you live in a state like AZ that truly upholds sanity in the use of firearms to prevent crime.

No charges were filed. No charges are EXPECTED to be filed.

And yet, the shooter *could have* “de-escalated”, as y’all recommend. Let the carjacker fly, put his handgun away and tended to the unfortunate victims of the criminal bastard.

Instead, he shot the bastard dead. One less bastard.

Contrary to your effete hand wringing and dopey comments like “I’ll sit on your jury at your DOJ trial”, this is exactly how it would have gone down in Texas.

I pity y’all... contemplate moving from your liberal paradise to a REAL conservative state.

The difference between the 2 scenarios is apples and freight trains.

If a CCW licensee can’t see the difference, they need to quit carrying, as they are a clear and present danger to society.
