“Why would Putin want to destroy himself and the 140 million people of Russia in total nuclear annihilation.”
He won’t need to. The limited strike threat by the Soviets was the BIGGEST REASON that we tried our best to match their conventional capabilities during the Cold War. We sure as hell took it seriously then...but I guess not anymore.
So you really think that somehow Russia has leap frogged into total world supremacy militarily?
In your mind they stand above the world, unbeatable, in total control, by the way, if you believe that, then why do you sometimes switch to them wanting to commit suicide by going nuclear?
Also, is there any combination of nations that can defeat an invading Russian military, or they more powerful than all of the world combined, not just the United States and the other dozens of the Western nations?
What in the world are you talking about?
It is and it will just as we are going the wrong way. She's broke but that can be quickly remedied with an influx of Islamic/ME dollars for defense systems. Unlike the U.S. Russia shuttered her defense plants. We tore ours down and sold the land for developments.
I believe the fall of the USSR as well as the Berlin Wall in then Soviet occupied Germany was one by divine intervention a brief window of time so prophecies can be fulfilled in relation to nations joining against Israel. I believe we are headed in the war of wars and China and a new even if smaller remnant of the Soviet Empire will be involved if not but hired guns by Islamic factions who have near endless monetary resources.
Our leaders because of their hardened hearts toward GOD are blind.
Great movie. I just wish the Rock would have stayed in the closet.
Did you read it?
"This World War IV would be a conventional war with NATO -- and it would not go well. Given NATO's superior armed forces and Russia's comparative economic, scientific, and technological weaknesses, a conventional campaign would, Piontkovsky concludes, end with Russia's defeat."
