They’re saying the family members (”a handful”) are being closely watched and will be for the period of time they determine to clear.
Also that he was tested ‘negative for fever in Liberia’ before flight..which is the line of defense they’re using before flights.
They’re also saying he would not have infected any on the flight.....for he had to have symptoms for it to spread.

Looks like they’ll follow each family members for at least 21 days...if they’re going to get it the symptoms will show in that time frame.
My concern is from the day he was admitted til they isolated him....so those who cared for him will have to be watched as well I assume.
No doubt some who have family members in the hospital will have questions about this.
