November may be a rerun of "Weekend at Bernies." Pics with captions and video at the link. This is written by a friend of mine who is a real grass roots activist.

” Thad Cochran:41 yrs in office: $11 mil dollars: Barely walks, barely talks”
..molests the barnyard livestock, hates conservatives, hopefully crashes on his face in November due to the dems primary crossover vote not supporting him in the general, and the conservatives being alienated enough to not pull his butt from the fire...

I'm puzzled. Why would you post this at this time of the morning? It's well written, presumably truthful, and may be of some value to the voters in Mississippi. However those voters are asleep now, and this will be very deep in the thread list the next time they log on.
Just curious...

I would agree....it gets to a very clear point.
Thad is a device being used by some lobbyists to accomplish something. At the right time...he will be let go, and the new guy appointed by the governor will step in.
To: ebshumidors
They're hoping Thad COCKROACH wins, so they can appoint another RINO to take his place, that'll be UNACCOUNTABLE during a period of time, so that they can pass AMNESTY, and before the time that Mississippi can have another election to replace him.
It's time we Conservatives changed our strategy.
These RINOs WILL NOT LEAD,and they WILL NOT FOLLOW (except they WILL follow DemocRATs), and they sure as HELL WILL NOT GET OUT OF THE WAY.
SO,
THEY MUST BE REMOVED FIRST, or else we'll just keep getting Marxists/Fascists LIGHT.
We can start by getting more people to CLEAN OUR OWN PARTY.
Vote AGAINST an "ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICAN" every time you get an opportunity to, and that INCLUDES the GENERAL ELECTION.
Throw them out!
And keep throwing them out!
And NEVER let an
"ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICAN" win.
Then, in the long run, they'll WAKE UP and ONLY run Conservatives!
The
"ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS" will NOT get the message
unless THAD COCKROACH LOSES!
It is VITAL that Thad is removed, or the RINOs will do it again, and they may do it again, anyway.
REMEMBER
MISSISSIPPI
I'll take out (vote AGAINST) an
"ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICAN" every time I get an opportunity to, and that INCLUDES the GENERAL ELECTION.
"ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS"SHALL NOT PASS !
It's SIMPLE.
Vote AGAINST "ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS" !Vote FOR REAL CONSERVATIVE "Tea Party Candidates" !

Here the latest from
September 19, 2014 (Excerpts)
" ... McDaniels lawsuit asked the judgeto declare him the winner of the Republican nomination
or to order a new runoff.
... Judge Hollis McGehee dismissed McDaniels lawsuit last month ...
McGehee had agreed with Cochrans attorneys in sayinga Mississippi Supreme Court ruling in a 1959 election dispute set a timeline for trying to overturn a primary loss,
and that McDaniel waited too long to challenge results of the June 24 Republican primary runoff.
... McDaniel is asking justices to reverse McGehees decision and order the judge to hold a full trial on the lawsuit.
... state Sen. Chris McDaniel, filed legal arguments with the Mississippi Supreme Court .... ... that current state law does not specify a deadline for a candidate to challenge a primary loss.
... that the 1959 Supreme Court ruling became irrelevant when the state Legislature rewrote election laws in 1986.
... Cochrans attorneys must file legal briefs to the state Supreme Court by Sept. 24,
and the two sides make oral arguments to the state Supreme Court on Oct. 3.
... Mississippi law saysa new primary could be ordered EVEN AFTER someone WINS the general election.
If that were to happen, a NEW general election also would have to be held. ..."
The writer of that article really chopped that information up into a way that makes it hard to understand exactly what happened and whats going to happen.
The "GOOD 'OLE BOY NETWORK" is working extremely hard to seethat this doesn't get done until the very last minute,
and working very hard to set it up so thatif McDaniel DOES WIN,that the "LOW INFORMATION VOTERS" will perceive it to be a "STOLEN ELECTION" by the courts.
I am SOOOOOOO DISGUSTED with Mississippi's "GOOD 'OLE BOY NETWORK".
God curse them all !

Agree sir. I will make an admission here now. I separated in lieu of retirement in the military back in 1994. I fully support the military and the retirement system but for me, I did not want it.

The reason to post early in the wee hours of the morning ~ is to affect the morning news talk shows.
Those doing the 6:00 am news will research this site as well as other sites to see what people are debating, and what draws reaction from people.
Talk radio host will do the same.

This is the man that McConnell, the NRSC, and the GOP establishment wanted returned to The Senate. That’s all I need to know about the GOP old guard.

There was a higher turnover rate in the Soviet Politburo than we have in Congress now. Additionally, we have seats passed from generation to generation (e.g. Nunn running in Georgia).
