They are particularly upset that they now have to drive miles out of the way to access the products and services that used to be provided locally

The Ferguson cops outta get the speed limit lowered to 10 MPH, the fine raised to $1000, and setup permanent drunk driving checkpoints. Then bleed these complaining "citizens" white (snicker), and impound their vehicles.

You are referring to northeast Portland, Oregon, an enclave of blackness surrounded by whites.

There are supermarkets located in that area which are owned by Kroger (Fred Meyers), but the main point to remember is this: black owned markets do not want to locate in ethnically-black areas.

Why? I suspect they are afraid of those who would be their customers.

Attention morons, if you’re threatening rioting, looting, pillaging, and arson as a way to rebuild your neighborhoods after destroying them, how exactly does that work? If you repeat the process in an already damaged neighborhood, you’re going to lose any businesses that may have survived. You’ll be left with no stores and no jobs. So, by your logic it’s time for more rioting, looting, pillage, and arson? Sounds like a good plan, boss.

I'm sure the residents of surrounding communities are thrilled when the young people of Ferguson show up to shop. Yeah, because when they shop, for the most part, they use the five finger discount payment plan.

Why didn’t the black community apologize to the business owners who had their property destroyed? These people are blind.

Maybe they were just shaking down Trader Joe’s and Trader Joe’s didn’t take the hint. Next time, Trader Joe’s make sure that you grease the black leader’s palm and maybe he will give you the keys to the city. Hint, hint.

On second thought Trader Joes doesn’t know how lucky they were to be turned down.
