Florida’s Bishop Barbarito says nothing as liberal, Pro-Choice Democrat claims to be a good Catholic

How weak and hypocritical is Palm Beach diocese Bishop Gerald Barbarito for refusing to respond to the conflicting claims of Democrat Congressman Patrick Murphy that while being “Pro Choice,” he is also “CATHOLIC.”

With a $FIVE million campaign war chest, the 31 year old Murphy moved into District 18 just in time to take advantage of a shameless voter fraud scheme which unseated Lt. Col Allen West in 2012. Now, Murphy is hoping Irish-Catholic given and surnames will convince gullible Catholics to vote against a great Italian American, Republican Carl Domino, a 27 year career Navy veteran of active duty service in Viet Nam and now in the Reserves. Domino’s vast experience both as an investment manager, small business employer, Florida legislator, better qualifies him for this office than the carpetbagger from Fort Lauderdale who was arrested in a South Beach episode several years ago just at Lt. Col. West was preparing to deploy into a hot war zone.

Is Murphy thinking that voters will choose him him, even though he is nothing but a poseur? How disgraceful that Bishop Barbarito and the diocese should remain silent and let Murphy get away with his deceptions.

This is pro-life month in Catholic churches. As I drove into our church parking lot yesterday morning, hundreds of pink and blue flags were waving on both sides of the entry to represent the thousands of innocent babies whose lives were snuffed out by abortion. As Catholics we are organized, solicited, warned to be pro-life; that the RIGHT TO LIFE is the one right that trumps all others. In fact, this notice appears every Sunday in...

This is as good a place as any to ask this very important life and death question..... Is the Catholic Church a cult?

I say yes, everything points to it, from praying to so called Saints (A Saint is simply any follower of Christ)

So to Pray to Saint Anthony etc, taking a ad out in a paper etc is very cultish and not Scriptural at all.

There is only one mediator between man and God, Christ Jesus

I am the Way the Truth and The Life, no man cometh to the Father but though me/ Christ Jesus

Yes Mary was very special and chosen but nowhere in Scripture are we told to pray to her, or whatever.

The Bible does not speak about purgatory, personally I wish there was, but nowhere to be found in My Bible

The Pope... Nowhere to be found in the Bible, he is a politician, not Gods representative on earth anymore than any of us are.

Certainly anybody that is a Christian that has asked Jesus into their life, thanking Him for Dying on the cross for their sins, and repenting from them is I guess representing Christ on earth, but nobody like a pope that is infallible...Not to be found anywhere in my Bible

I challenge Catholics to forget about organized religion, ask Jesus to come into your life, Thank Jesus for Dying on the cross for your sins, ask Him to be Lord of your life, turn from your sins (me to yes)

Begin to Worship Jesus, sing to Him, share the Gospel with others, we are in the last days, forget about Catholicism etc and worship Jesus, ask for the infilling of the Holy Ghost

Look no further than the recent remarks from the Pope, he sounds a lot like Joel Osteen

Peace, the time is short, religion will not save us, only Jesus
, the Precious blood of Jesus

no...and your post indicates that you know nothing about the Catholic church....It is the oldest organization on Earth...it was started by Jesus Christ Himself, it is the epitome of Christianity...all other christians are members of a myriad of denominations all of which think that they have the answers....they don't. The worst error of all is falling away from the Catholic church and thinking that you can do it all on your own, interpret the bible as you see fit, and make up your own rules as to what constitutes the road to salvation......sad

Jesus Christ did not start the Catholic Church, which did not exist for many years afterwards

sure He did...while not called Catholic at the outset, within the first century, the followers of Christ were indeed referred to as Catholic....all it means is universal

Catholicism is a stumbling block to Salvation.

Revelation 3:20King James Version (KJV)

20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

A good place to start is here! In fact a person can not be saved without asking Jesus into their life, thanking Him for personally dying on the Cross for his/her sins

A good prayer is this

God Be Merciful to me a sinner, thank you Jesus for dying on the cross for my sins, thank you for dying for me, come into my heart Lord Jesus, please forgive me for my sins, I turn to you Lord God from my sins through faith in Christ Jesus, Lord save me

That is what The Lord expects to hear from each of us, we need to commit our lives to Him ask Jesus to be Our Lord and Savior, ask Him to fill us with His Precious Holy Spirit and to take control of our life and tonge

Do you know where you were the day the Lord Jesus came into your life, do you know the hour the day the year?

Oh How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed.

Yes we are required to repent, read his Word (so important) we feed off the Word, and share the Gospel

Someone says they support abortion and Gay marriage and the removal of God/Christ from the classroom public square...

It`s not judging to then say.,that Person does NOT have the Spirit of the living Christ within them.

Jesus said I am the way the Truth and the Life, no man cometh unto the Father but through me.

No mention of Mary or any of the other so called “saints” being a substitute.

BTW A Saint is simply a follower of Christ

BTW to call someone Father other then our Heavenly father or our earthly father, is totally improper.

same goes for terms like Your eminence etc.

And for folks thinking I am just picking on Catholics, the term Reverend is even improper.

Catholics worry more about the things of man..like articles of the Vatican etc...Vatican 1,2,3 or whatever, just things of man.

The Scriptures are not open for personal interpretation, absolutely NOT.

Jesus died on the Cross for our sins, we have to invite him in and thank Him for dying personally for our sins, we have to turn from our sins repent...yes when/if we sin, we will, we need to go to the Cross and ask forgiveness and try to never do again etc

A homosecxual cant be forgiven until he first admits that it`s a sin...yes there is forgiveness if he/she is sincere and asks the Lord in if it includes repentance...that would mean walking immediately away from that relationship, moving out whatever or else it would not be genuine.

A Christian cant vote for abortion homosexuality and the removal of God/Christ from the classroom/public square.

If they asked forgiveness and walked away from that absolutely, but could not continue to do it.

That`s why the terms “Christian Democrat” “Gay Christian” “Pro Choice/pro abortion Christian” are all oxymorons

That`s my sermon for today...go with God

No a person is NOT required to be part of a organized religion... handing out Bible tracts with a sinner’s prayer does more for the Kingdom of God

Worship is so important, singing to God praising Him for who he is

The bishop need not say anything regarding a pro-abort politician as any catholic willing to vote for him would likewise be pro-abortion and not interested in following the Church or the bishops words let alone commands.

Exactly similarly, the folks ripping on the Church here are unwilling to do the simplest google search to KNOW what in truth the church is and teaches. It is better alwaus to remain ignorant of your understanding as perfect insulation and innoculation against the truth and the one true apostalic church set up by Jesus Himself. We have the truth and they want to grin in denial....like the voters for this pro-abortion catholic.

Exact
